How fast can I lose weight?
That depends on how much you have to lose, how well you adhere to your diet, and a number of other variables that will be discussed during your first visit to the clinic. Generally, the safety of the patient and long-term maintenance of the weight loss are more important than how fast you lose the weight.

Obesity is a chronic disease like high blood pressure or heart disease or any other disease. After you visit the doctor, a program will be designed that fits your particular situation. Once you are a patient at Soboba, you can visit the doctor as often as you need to answer all your questions. There are no charges for the doctor visits; we only ask that you make an appointment.
